Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Phoenix, AZ area.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair office equipment, including copiers, printers, fax machines, and more.
  • Provide high-quality technical support to our customer base, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Develop creative solutions to complex problems, managing time, resources, and territorial considerations.
Requirements
  • Certification and/or hands-on experience with multiple product lines, including Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Canon, Sharp, Oce, Lexmark, and HP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong customer service abilities.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Exceptional mechanical aptitude and proven troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
