Cleanroom Automation Manager

In this Facilities Project Director position, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of automation technologies in cleanroom environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and experience in project management.
You will lead a team of experts, guiding and mentoring them to achieve shared goals. Your focus will be on ensuring safety, quality, and on-time project completion, exceeding customer expectations.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required, along with minimum 5+ years of experience in field operations, project management, or a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Spearhead team of experts: Guide and mentor Site Managers, Adjustment Technicians, Safety Specialists, and contractors.
- Drive operational excellence: Ensure safety, quality, and on-time project completion, exceeding customer expectations in areas of schedule, cost, and quality.
- Become a strategic partner: Collaborate with leadership at headquarters and internal teams to deliver seamless project execution.
- Cultivate future leaders: Develop and coach your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
