Job Description

At Bob Wallace Appliance Sales, Inc., we are seeking a detail-oriented Service Dispatcher to coordinate and dispatch service calls to technicians, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule service calls for technicians
  • Support technicians through dispatching and providing needed information and resources
  • Monitor and track technician progress on service calls
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on service status
  • Utilize transportation management systems to optimize routing
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls and technician availability
  • Efficiently operate multiline phone system

Requirements

  • Basic to moderate computer skills
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technicians and customers
  • Excellent phone etiquette for clear and professional customer interactions
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
