Team Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Team Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Futaba Corporation of America's Hobby Remote Control division.
Job Summary:The Team Coordinator will play a key role in the sales organization, working closely with the Hobby Radio Control group to ensure the successful presentation and public representation of the Futaba Hobby Radio Control brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Recruit, monitor, and manage Team Futaba members' hobby activities, negotiate contracts, and support payments and/or budgets for sponsored equipment.
- Equipment Management: Coordinate with warehousing, sales, marketing, and technical support departments to manage team Futaba equipment orders and service needs.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing plans and programs to ensure profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services.
- Customer Engagement: Coordinate with external sales force to identify, develop, and grow new and existing customers for the Futaba group.
- Reporting and Analysis: Create and maintain weekly activity reports for submission to the Hobby Radio Control Manager and analyze market, pricing, profitability data, and product feedback.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field preferred; High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Experience: 7-10 years' experience in the hobby radio control market.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, strong written communication skills, strong language skills, reasoning ability, strong organizational skills, and detail-oriented.
The work environment is generally quiet, with occasional need to stand, walk, or be mobile. The physical demands require sedentary physical activity, visual requirements for close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
