Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled individual to fill the role of Service Dispatcher at RML Auto. The successful candidate will be responsible for using the company's routing software to establish daily service job routing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the company's software to schedule and manage service jobs, ensuring timely completion and high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with service technicians to address any issues or concerns, providing on-the-job assistance and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing weekly updates to the service manager on shop production and any administrative matters.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company policies and procedures, and reporting any safety or security concerns.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and colleagues, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
