Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document and distribute minutes from daily meetings.
  • Schedule and manage various team meetings, including daily, weekly, and monthly sessions.
  • Facilitate packaging trials effectively.
  • Relay technical specifications (CAD, dimensions, container needs) to prospective suppliers for the production of finished goods packaging.
  • Oversee the tracking of manufactured products to ensure timely delivery.
  • Secure approvals from the Cross Functional Team as necessary.
  • Monitor project budget expenditures.
  • Process requisitions and issue purchase orders to selected suppliers.
  • Participate in monthly and annual training sessions relevant to the engineering department.
  • Keep track of IFS requisition statuses and provide updates as needed.
  • Assist in managing design modifications until the initial shipment to clients.
  • Engage in meetings as required and support the introduction of new products.
  • Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Manage office supply inventory and reorder frequently used items.
  • Maintain regular communication with both internal and external stakeholders on various matters.
  • Ensure accurate reporting on the Global KPI tracker.
  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, customer service, suppliers, sales, purchasing, quality assurance, and shipping departments to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or administrative capacity at MARELLI is preferred.
  • Certifications may be necessary in specific areas.
  • Proficiency in integrated computer systems and applications is essential.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must successfully pass all background checks and pre-employment assessments, including any mandatory drug tests.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
