As a Community Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for fostering and expanding relationships with local referral sources. This role involves planning and participating in community marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a liaison to physicians, ensuring a strong and positive connection between the referral coordinator, medical professionals, and the organization.
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive public relations strategy and marketing plan aimed at enhancing community awareness and improving relationships with healthcare providers.
  3. Engage with referral coordinators and community resources regularly to nurture relationships and drive referrals.
  4. Identify and organize community marketing opportunities through thorough research.
  5. Collaborate with team members on various tasks to promote an efficient workflow within the organization.
  6. Execute action plans based on staffing requirements.
  7. Compile and update weekly marketing reports to track progress.
  8. Manage and adhere to the marketing budget effectively.
The above responsibilities are intended to provide a general overview of the primary duties associated with this position. Additional job-related tasks may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma is required; proficiency in reading and writing English is essential. A bachelor's degree and experience in healthcare or a related field is preferred.
  2. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
  3. Creative mindset and outgoing personality.
  4. Genuine willingness to assist others.
  5. A valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.
This role entails spending four days in the field for marketing activities (visiting referral sources) and one day in the office.
