As a key member of our commercial strategy team, you will be responsible for delivering commercial excellence, maximizing the value of our customer agreements, and quickly responding to the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and translate commercial content of deals to the contract scope
  • Draft, collate, brief, review, and obtain approvals for contracts
  • Identify contractual deviations and their deals' implications
  • Interact and partner with internal business owners such as legal, regulatory, sales, marketing, engineering, business operations, and billing
  • Ensure all contract documentation is up to date and in compliance with the company's policies and procedures
  • Inform internal and external stakeholders of the status of contracts
  • Investigate and address contract issues
  • Full Contract lifecycle management, including the accuracy of the contract database

Requirements:

  • Experience in telecommunications contract management is preferred
  • 4 years of work experience in commercial contract management
  • 4 years of working knowledge of contract reading, writing, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to accept challenges and a way to improve
