Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist families in accessing concrete goods, information, and resources, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, agencies, and organizations to enhance our services and expand our reach.
  • Collaborate with the Family Navigation team to provide secondary prevention and family development activities, promoting healthy relationships and positive outcomes.
  • Conduct data entry, maintain accurate records, and perform light clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the Resource Center.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of experience in social or human services, working with children and families, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and work with diverse populations.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow with our organization.
