Job Overview

AHF LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and achieve profit targets in West Texas and New Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for various market segments, including Commercial, Residential, and Outdoor product lines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players to expand market presence and drive business growth.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and conduct product knowledge presentations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments through participation in industry events and conferences.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track activities, opportunities, and sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' sales experience in a related field, preferably in the flooring or construction industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship-building.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a positive attitude and a passion for sales and business development.
