About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions
  • Drive sales growth by promoting products, services, and promotions to customers
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store display
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store initiatives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience; paint sales experience a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
