Job Title: Call Center Representative

Vaco Boston is seeking a skilled Call Center Representative to join our team. As a liaison between our company and customers, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring prompt and effective communication with customers.
  • Utilize established communication scripts to handle various topics and provide solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide alternatives to resolve issues.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products and services, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers, exceeding their expectations through exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our call center database.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve knowledge and performance.
  • Meet or exceed personal and team targets, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Previous experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with a focus on customer relationship management.
  • Customer-centric approach, with adaptability to diverse personality types and situations.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school degree or equivalent, with a focus on customer service and communication skills.
