Position Overview: Alpine Car Wash is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales operations across three of our key locations in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex: Coppell, Mesquite, and North Richland Hills. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, particularly in relation to our unlimited club plan memberships, while also leading and developing our sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that daily conversion rates for unlimited club plan sales meet or exceed organizational targets at all three locations.
  • Lead the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and day-to-day management of the sales teams across the three locations.
  • Implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue generation and customer acquisition.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, support, and performance feedback to sales team members to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives aimed at driving sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Maintain open and effective communication channels with all stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams, and support staff.
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance across all locations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in the automotive industry or related field is a plus.
