Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven District Sales Executive to join our team in San Antonio. This role will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with customers, and driving business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an assigned territory and develop a deep understanding of the local market and customer needs
  • Orchestrate customer relationships and collaborate with regional resources to deliver value-added solutions
  • Participate in the creation of customized logistics solutions, including supporting diagrams and cost-benefit calculations
  • Support the transition of new accounts through customer introductions, information transfer, and securing necessary customer paperwork
  • Attend training and development sessions to enhance selling skills and stay up-to-date on Expeditors' products and services
Requirements
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work productively in a team environment and make quick decisions in response to changing conditions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with regular data entry on a laptop computer
  • Ability to meet with customers off-site on a regular basis
