About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Contracts Management Leader to join our team at Philips in North America. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing contract strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement contract strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead a team of contract managers and specialists to ensure effective contract operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across the organization to translate business strategies into effective contract strategies and procedures.
  • Provide thought leadership and innovative solutions to drive business transformations and improve customer experience.
  • Develop and deploy contract initiatives aligned with North America and global requirements.
  • Partner with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in contract management or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in contract management, including contract negotiation, process delivery, and risk analysis.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction through effective contract management.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with senior leaders and drive decisions.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to balance contract performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable strategies.
