Client Services Manager

Talentcare is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact for enterprise inquiries and requests, you will be responsible for ensuring prompt responses and efficient resolution. Your passion for client success and ability to foster a positive client experience will make you a valuable asset to our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise inquiries and requests, ensuring prompt responses and efficient resolution.
- Meeting Coordination: Set up and facilitate monthly and quarterly client meetings, prepare agendas and ensure key stakeholders are briefed on meeting objectives.
- Data Preparation & Quality Assurance: Compile, prep, and quality-assure data and presentation decks for client meetings and performance reviews, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Client Request Management: Receive, triage, and allocate inbound client requests, thoroughly documenting issues and tracking them through to resolution.
- Documentation & CRM Maintenance: Document all client meetings and relevant interactions, maintaining detailed notes and updates in HubSpot to ensure up-to-date, referenceable client records.
- Onboarding Coordination: Lead the onboarding process for new enterprise clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition and a positive client experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 + years of experience preferred in client success, operations, or project management.
- Experience in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities and a proactive approach to client needs.
