About the Role

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage appointment check-ins and book new appointments with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Partner with the team to ensure smooth discharge information for various services, including grooming, clinic, and retail appointments.
  • Understand, communicate, and prioritize scheduled appointments, client education, and lobby triage to ensure an efficient and productive schedule.

A Day in the Life:

  • Greet and welcome clients, checking patients in for their appointments and notifying them of any delays.
  • Care for clients during their wait and alert the staff of their arrival.
