Client Service Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative to join our team. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, providing solutions to their business needs, and building strong relationships with our internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and concerns
- Research, analyze, and process legal documents
- Fulfill requests and answer questions for internal and external customers via phone or electronically
- Provide excellent client service to both internal and external clients
- Manage client portfolios and organize workflow to meet clients' time frames and demands
- Data entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documents
- Navigate between multiple databases quickly and accurately
- Recommend process improvements where applicable
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working in a business to business customer service or administrative capacity
- Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong research skills
- Strong prioritization and time-management skills
- Flexibility and agility, with the ability to multitask
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
