Job Description

Executive Assistant to Real Estate Leader

Hours Per Week: 20 hours per week (primarily remote with occasional in-office collaboration)

Reports to: Company Founder

Schedule & Details:

  • Remote work with occasional in-office meetings.
  • Expected to engage in 2-8 hours of in-person collaboration monthly, adaptable based on project needs.
  • Potential for local task management as required.
  • Availability for 3-5 hours of work daily, including some weekends.
  • Flexible scheduling options to accommodate personal commitments.
Compensation:

$25.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication Management: Oversee multiple communication channels, prioritize correspondence, and draft professional messages to ensure effective information flow.
  • Calendar Coordination: Proactively manage schedules, organize meetings, delegate responsibilities, and monitor deadlines.
  • Content Development: Assist in researching, drafting, and editing various materials to support organizational initiatives.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative duties, including research and document management, from a remote setting.
  • Local Support: When necessary, manage local tasks, coordinate appointments, handle paperwork, and assist with event organization.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an Executive Assistant role or similar capacity.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Gmail, Slack, Google Suite, and Asana.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Adaptability: Quick to learn new software and adjust to changing priorities.
  • Independence: Capable of working autonomously while managing multiple tasks.
  • Professionalism: Maintain discretion and professionalism with sensitive information.
  • Positive Mindset: A proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
