Schedule & Details:
- Remote work with occasional in-office meetings.
- Expected to engage in 2-8 hours of in-person collaboration monthly, adaptable based on project needs.
- Potential for local task management as required.
- Availability for 3-5 hours of work daily, including some weekends.
- Flexible scheduling options to accommodate personal commitments.
$25.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:- Communication Management: Oversee multiple communication channels, prioritize correspondence, and draft professional messages to ensure effective information flow.
- Calendar Coordination: Proactively manage schedules, organize meetings, delegate responsibilities, and monitor deadlines.
- Content Development: Assist in researching, drafting, and editing various materials to support organizational initiatives.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative duties, including research and document management, from a remote setting.
- Local Support: When necessary, manage local tasks, coordinate appointments, handle paperwork, and assist with event organization.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an Executive Assistant role or similar capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Gmail, Slack, Google Suite, and Asana.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Adaptability: Quick to learn new software and adjust to changing priorities.
- Independence: Capable of working autonomously while managing multiple tasks.
- Professionalism: Maintain discretion and professionalism with sensitive information.
- Positive Mindset: A proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
