Real Estate Sales Professional

As a Real Estate Agent with Tevas Real Estate Group, you will leverage your expertise and local market knowledge to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This is a 1099 contractor position, offering flexibility and the potential for significant earnings based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide professional guidance throughout the real estate transaction process.
- Property Listings: Market and list properties, including creating compelling property descriptions, arranging professional photography, and utilizing various platforms for maximum exposure.
- Showings & Open Houses: Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with up-to-date information on property values, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Negotiations: Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and a smooth transaction process.
- Documentation: Prepare and review contracts, disclosures, and other necessary documentation to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Networking: Engage with other real estate professionals, attend networking events, and maintain a strong presence in the local real estate community.
- Continuing Education: Stay informed about industry changes, market trends, and new technologies to enhance your skills and provide top-notch service.
Requirements:
- License: Must hold a valid Texas Real Estate License.
- Experience: Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in using real estate software and tools is a plus.
- Vehicle: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Availability: Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
