Job Title: Warranty Manager

Stanley is seeking a skilled Warranty Manager to develop and implement a long-term warranty strategy for North America. This role will work closely with the Quality department to manage a global network, including feedback from customers, distributors, and dealers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive warranty strategy and manage a global network to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with regional warranty obligations.
  • Manage product category warranty policy and create individual policies and end-to-end warranty processes for all product categories in North America.
  • Lead warranty processes, claims, and daily warranty operations, meeting the needs of today while building for future business growth.
  • Create warranty metrics, insights, and recommendations to drive decision-making and share with partner teams and senior leaders.
  • Take ownership and accountability for North America product warranty data analysis and communication with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of warranty management in the manufacturing domain with an exceptional understanding of regional warranty obligations.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for providing excellent post-purchase experiences.
  • Analytical with the ability to interpret and analyze complex numerical and financial data.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to influence and mentor team members.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or above in any science-related field. 6+ years of related experience preferred, with 5+ years running warranty and associated business systems.

Proficiency in IT systems and processes, including Microsoft Office programs.

Salary Range: $110,000-130,000 annually.
