Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Foreman to join our team at RWC International LTD. As a Service Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the service operations, ensuring high-quality repairs, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Operations Management
    • Conduct the flow of all service work, ensuring technician accountability, vehicle repair completion, documentation, and continuous communication with the service advisors.
    • Understand and ensure compliance with all International vendor policies and warranty procedures.
  • Quality Control
    • Maintain high-quality service repairs to minimize comebacks.
    • Ensure that all work is fairly and equally assigned.
  • Customer Communication
    • Contact customers regarding any additions or changes to the repair of the vehicle.
    • Explain cost and time requirements in detail, and receive the proper authorization before any additional repairs are made.
  • Warranty and Compliance
    • Ensure that all warranty parts are clean, lube drained (if required), tagged, and stored in the designated location.
    • Understand and keep abreast of all federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA, EPA, etc.
  • Team Support
    • Provide on-the-job technical support for technicians and assist in the development of their technical skills and abilities.
    • Ensure that all repairs are documented, technicians' comments are descriptive and precise, and the allotted time is noted prior to submission for closing.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure that all vehicles are road tested and that the repairs were completed correctly.
    • Review and sign off on all completed repair orders noting technician comments, technician sign off, repair completion, and road test completion.

You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
