Client Service Representative

As we expand our client base, we are seeking a Full Time Client Service Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster long-lasting business relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication between clients, their consumers, and our Client Relations Manager Team.
  • Product Knowledge: Utilize product knowledge to upsell products and services as needed, supporting our sales team in new client acquisitions.
  • Client Experience: Provide clients with a personalized purchasing experience and exceptional customer service.
  • Order Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure order processing is completed and installation dates are set.
  • Documentation: Document client contact information, ensure purchase orders are accurate, and submit all information to our Senior Client Relations Managers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with fellow Client Relations Managers and other Customer Service and Sales team members to ensure sales targets are met.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or related fields preferred.
  • Skills: People-oriented, passionate about building relationships, charismatic, and personable demeanor, results-driven, and self-motivated to improve interpersonal skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Active listening, empathy, solution-oriented, and takes initiative in resolving unexpected challenges.
