As a key member of our reception team, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete check-in process for clients arriving on-site for appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Greet clients warmly and notify them of account balances or fees, collecting payments and providing receipts as needed.
• Notify providers of client arrivals via electronic recordkeeping systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Schedule appointments for psychiatric providers, utilizing electronic client management systems to ensure timely and effective care.
• Provide customer service and administrative support to clients and staff, answering incoming calls and responding to voicemail messages.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and faxes, maintaining a organized and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

• Previous client/customer service experience required.
• Computer skills and familiarity with electronic client management systems essential.
• Minimum three years' experience in an office environment, with a strong focus on customer service and administrative support.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required.

Work Schedule:

• Part-time, non-exempt, hourly position, averaging 20 hours per week.
• Hours: Monday-Thursday, 3pm-7pm, Friday, 1pm-5pm, with occasional Saturday coverage as needed.
• Must be flexible and able to work as a backup to other receptionists, ensuring seamless coverage and excellent customer service.
