Brand Account Coordinator

At Sterling-Rice, we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for providing project management support for two to three clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day programs, including schedules, budgeting, and execution
- Use your experience and relationships to efficiently work through processes and ensure account team finishes projects on time, within budget, and at high quality standards
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of advertising agency and/or client-side experience, along with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Relevant internship and leadership experience may be considered
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and solutions clearly and concisely
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
