Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit top talent for agent positions in Houston, utilizing your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Track and analyze weekly applicant data to inform recruitment strategies and optimize results.
  • Conduct interviews with potential candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Maintain open communication with candidates and update the Senior Partner on recruitment progress, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters and manage recruitment resources effectively.
  • Plan and participate in career events and recruitment activities, showcasing the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Search databases for resumes and conduct outreach to potential candidates, leveraging your expertise in language and culture.
  • Assist with onboarding processes, including licensing, contract preparation, and training agendas, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Manage social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, promoting the company's brand and values.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to exceed objectives and drive business results.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building and cultural competence.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred but not required), with a strong foundation in business, communications, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
