Minivasive Pain and Orthopedics is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical staff in the outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital sign measurements, escorting patients to exam rooms, and documenting patient information.
  • Support administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, processing patient forms, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Assist physicians and nurse managers with clinical duties, including scribing patient notes and preparing examination rooms.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate with patients and families from diverse backgrounds.
