We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Telephonic Case Manager to join our team. As a Telephonic Case Manager, you will provide remote medical case management services to injured individuals, coordinating care and exploring vocational options to ensure a smooth recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide telephonic case management services to injured individuals, coordinating medical care and exploring vocational options.
  • Work closely with claim examiners, employers, attorneys, and medical providers to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
  • Assist consumers in their recovery, ensuring they return to the highest level of function possible.
  • Explore vocational options with injured workers and their employers to secure pre-injury employment or alternate employment.

Requirements:

  • Unencumbered Compact and CA RN licenses required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish speaking) required.
  • CCM or other certification preferred.
  • Worker's compensation case management experience preferred.
  • ICU/ER experience will be considered.
