We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Telephonic Case Manager to join our team. As a Telephonic Case Manager, you will provide remote medical case management services to injured individuals, coordinating care and exploring vocational options to ensure a smooth recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide telephonic case management services to injured individuals, coordinating medical care and exploring vocational options.
- Work closely with claim examiners, employers, attorneys, and medical providers to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
- Assist consumers in their recovery, ensuring they return to the highest level of function possible.
- Explore vocational options with injured workers and their employers to secure pre-injury employment or alternate employment.
Requirements:
- Unencumbered Compact and CA RN licenses required.
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) required.
- CCM or other certification preferred.
- Worker's compensation case management experience preferred.
- ICU/ER experience will be considered.
