As a Senior Highway Project Manager at Sundt, you'll be responsible for the administration and execution of assigned projects in a safe, profitable, and timely manner.

You'll often be assigned multiple projects or projects of larger contract amounts and/or complexity.

Your role will involve managing the work in a manner consistent with standards of quality and integrity.

You'll establish and maintain professional working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

You'll participate in business development, estimating, bidding, and contract negotiation phases of the projects assigned.

The ideal candidate will have experience in precon managing construction projects, a thorough knowledge of contract documents, materials, equipment utilization, scheduling systems, productivity analysis, construction operations, and cash flow procedures.

A four-year construction-related degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience are required.

Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs is also necessary.

As a Senior Highway Project Manager at Sundt, you'll have the opportunity to work on large projects of a complex nature and/or multiple projects totaling $101-$199 million.

You'll be responsible for the development of the overall CPM schedule with the Project Superintendent(s) and ensuring all procurement is fully coordinated with the Project Engineer(s).

You'll also be responsible for managing all billings to ensure timely submission of payment applications and collection of payments from the client.

Additionally, you'll participate in the business development process, including client contact, relationships, proposals, presentations, and negotiations for selected projects.
