About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Manager to lead our Service Center team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing the activities of the service center, including managing all aspects of the service center: business development, production of deliverables, personnel, operations, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Manage and coordinate project efforts between project managers
  • Set goals for the service center and work with staff to set individual goals and track results
  • Perform annual performance reviews and adjust employee compensation as needed
  • Review and approve proposals and contracts, and develop an annual business plan for corporate approval

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in Civil engineering projects, including water, sewer, drainage, transportation, and grading elements
  • Proven strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients
