About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Cambia Health as a Senior Program Manager, Provider Reporting Insights and Analytics. As a key member of the Network Innovations team, you will oversee the evolution and sustainment of the Provider Reporting Insights and Analytics SaaS platform.

With a strong background in healthcare and technology, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize the product roadmap, aligning with the Alternative Payment Model Program objectives.

You will also build and cultivate strong partnerships with platform vendors, prioritize product features, and ensure resources are allocated effectively for successful product development and launch.

As a seasoned professional in the healthcare industry, you will bring a passion for technology and product management, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or health administration, or a related field, and 8+ years of progressive experience in operational/business management, project/program management in healthcare, or a related field.

The expected hiring range for this role is $99,500 - $125,000, depending on skills, experience, education, and training, with a bonus target of 15%.
