In this position, you will be instrumental in shaping the product strategy that drives the passion economy, with expectations for independent problem-solving and opportunity creation.


Core Responsibilities

  • Identify current challenges and their effects on creator perception, establishing success metrics.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across various time zones to enhance TikTok's global creator perception.
  • Examine creator behavior and data to refine perception-related strategies, including showcases, creator events, and campaigns, based on thorough analysis and market research.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for the launch of new product features and global initiatives.
  • Collect and share insights on strategies to encourage PGC creators to remain active and continuously enhance their content quality.
Qualifications

  • A BA/BS degree or higher, with a minimum of 5 years in Marketing or Operations. Strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential.
  • Fluency in English with outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across different time zones and build trustworthy relationships.
  • Familiarity with YouTube and other video platforms, along with an understanding of platform ecosystems and operational mechanisms.
