The Product Strategy team acts as a pivotal ally for the Product division, delivering strategic insights that fuel growth across various business sectors. Our commitment lies in becoming the most reliable strategic partner for business units, facilitating growth at all developmental phases.
- Serve as the principal strategic collaborator to pinpoint avenues for product team expansion and implement innovative, scalable enhancements.
- Establish critical performance indicators and set KPIs to catalyze business advancement.
- Monitor business evolution and ensure ongoing optimization of operational processes.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to formulate both immediate and long-term strategic frameworks and spearhead impactful initiatives.
- Deliver robust support for business expansion through comprehensive internal and external research, alongside competitor analysis.
- A minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience in strategy and analytics roles.
- Proficient in Data Analysis, with a solid grasp of prevalent statistical methods and analytical techniques, as well as foundational knowledge of recommendation algorithms.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, capable of managing expectations across diverse teams.
- Strong product management expertise, adept at navigating ambiguity and structuring complex challenges to derive insights.
- Experience within a social media organization and familiarity with the creator ecosystem.

Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary range for this role is $173,000 - $275,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on various factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
