  • Balance feature requests and bug resolutions to align with the product roadmap
  • Create and maintain detailed product documentation and strategic frameworks
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective product launches and sustained success
  • Anticipate future product requirements to proactively address potential technical issues and collaborate with engineering teams for solutions
  • Evaluate and communicate the results of product initiatives
