Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable and reliable systems in alignment with product goals and specifications.
  • Construct the TikTok Ads Creative Ecosystem, focusing on creative and landing page comprehension, production, optimization, and creative exchanges.
  • Grasp product objectives and create user-centric solutions to meet customer demands.
  • Manage team project priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Define long-term technical strategies and contribute to team decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related disciplines.
  • Over 7 years of experience in leading software engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, Java, or C++.
  • Familiarity with the complete software development lifecycle, including product discussions, research, documentation, system design, coding, and testing.
  • Passion for emerging technologies and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think critically and articulate solutions clearly.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, including communication, accountability, empathy, and integrity.
