Business Development Representative

**Job Summary**
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for working with homeowners in the Cincinnati/Dayton area, providing them with expert advice on home energy solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A background in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Contact leads by phone or email to schedule appointments
- Communicate with customers in-home and via phone on a day-to-day basis
- Educate homeowners on product features and specifics
- Provide necessary and essential recommendations to the customer that will resolve their issues
- Sell additional products and services if applicable
- Handle payments and close transactions
