Job Overview:
Environmental Solutions Group (ESG) is seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Hardware Engineer to lead our electrical hardware engineering team. This role will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for on/off-highway vocational mobile equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead electrical hardware engineering team in designing and developing electrical systems
* Collaborate with suppliers to select electrical system components
* Develop and maintain software for PLCs/Controllers and camera systems
* Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers, distributors, and salespersons

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
* 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the automotive or heavy equipment industry
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including circuit design and analysis
* Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, or Python

Compensation and Benefits:
* Estimated annual salary: $160,000 - $200,000
