About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Principal Electrical Engineer to join our team at BAE Systems USA. As a key member of our electrical engineering team, you will contribute to the design, development, and testing of complex military systems.

Our electrical engineering team is dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions to meet demanding customer requirements. We work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop robust hardware architectures and solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Lead electrical engineering teams in the design, development, and testing of complex military systems
  • Conduct circuit and CCA design and analysis, FPGA/SoC developments, and technical trade studies
  • Evaluate test equipment performance and integrity
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Active DOD Secret Clearance
  • Demonstrated experience in hardware architecting, product development, and support of complex DoD military electronics/avionics equipment
  • Solid fundamentals of digital/analog/mixed signal/power electronics and interface/communication/memory standards
Estimated Salary Range

$111,700 - $189,900 per year
