As an organizational change advisor, you will leverage your knowledge to evaluate how modifications will influence business operations and design a comprehensive change strategy. From untapped potential to systemic obstacles, you will offer your clients a complete perspective of their organization, enabling them to refine their practices for improved outcomes. Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional or military setting, including internships.
  • Experience in supporting the intelligence sector.
  • Proficiency in organizing, analyzing, and summarizing data.
  • Capability to articulate ideas clearly and logically.
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • A bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to identify challenges and formulate recommendations for intricate issues.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A master's degree.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.
