Booz Allen Hamilton will rely on your expertise to orchestrate and align program goals, while your team will depend on your leadership as they address requirements, budget limitations, and staffing needs.

With your profound understanding of behavioral change, you will pinpoint opportunities to enhance our business by advancing our clients' missions. This role will also allow you to expand your knowledge in areas such as problem management, strategic planning, and contract evaluation. Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading behavioral change initiatives
  • Familiarity with assessment frameworks
  • Capability to formulate strategic plans and execution frameworks
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing behavioral change projects
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Master's degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or a similar discipline

The compensation for this role is influenced by various factors, including location, individual qualifications, and organizational requirements. The estimated salary range for this position is between $84,600.00 and $193,000 annually.

Work Environment:

Our people-first culture emphasizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote. If this position allows for remote or hybrid work, you will occasionally collaborate from a Booz Allen or client site. If it is designated as onsite, you will engage with colleagues and clients in person as necessary.
