Commercial Banking Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Banking Coordinator to join our team at Seacoast Bank. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will play a critical role in supporting the client service channel by coordinating the activities of assigned Bankers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Bankers in business development to meet or exceed new client relationship goals, generate new loans, deposits, and fees, and maintain portfolio performance.
- Support Bankers in loan approval and document preparation, process closed loans for booking and submission to loan vault, and provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to customer inquiries.
- Manage Banker portfolio performance by reviewing exceptions reports, following up with borrowers and Bankers to clear loan document exceptions, and monitoring various reports, including overdrafts, expiring loan insurance, and ABL Monitoring reports.
- Implement customer satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and develop strategies to improve customer retention and growth.
- Adhere to the highest legal and ethical standards applicable to our industry and to Seacoast Bank's Code of Conduct, while observing both the spirit and letter of all government regulations and laws and bank policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related major preferred.
- 5+ years of related experience in process and office management, business analytics, and diagnosis obtained through commercial lending support and portfolio management.
- 2+ years of financial services experience.
