We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at Linscomb & Williams. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to grow our commercial banking business, including identifying new sales opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
- Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of loan requests and other banking services.
- Conduct thorough credit analyses to assess the creditworthiness of potential clients and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
- Prepare and present loan proposals and other business opportunities to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, loan requests, and other business activities.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in commercial banking, with a proven track record of developing new business and successfully managing a portfolio.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex financial situations and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
