Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and assist with the preparation of financial models and business valuations
  • Support junior and senior team members in developing new business ideas, pitch strategies, or transaction structuring scenarios
  • Lead/participate in meetings with current and prospective clients
  • Conduct industry and company due diligence
  • Prepare and review information memoranda and other transaction documents
  • Prepare and review pitch/business origination materials and other presentations
  • Assist business development efforts
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of work experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, or similar role
  • Experience in Business Services sector is preferred
  • Intelligent and resourceful
  • Professional/concise oral and written communication
  • Strong technical skills (knowledge of accounting, modeling, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-starter/intellectual curiosity
  • Strong work ethic/team player/high degree of humility, maturity, and integrity
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
