Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team at Citizens Trust Bank. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our commercial customers' needs and goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on commercial lending and banking products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure our customers receive the best possible solutions
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of progressive business development, marketing, and sales experience in a banking environment
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, accounting, marketing, communications, management, or a related field
  • Series 7 and 63 Licenses are a plus
  • Specialized training in business development, sales, marketing, and lending (commercial, consumer, mortgage, and SBA)
