Role Purpose:

As the Operations Director, you will serve as a pivotal leader and strategic ally, articulating our vision, enhancing service quality, cultivating company culture, optimizing profitability, and ensuring operational excellence and guest satisfaction. The Operations Director is accountable for the overall performance of their venue, with a focus on driving profitable growth, enriching customer experiences, retaining top talent, and upholding corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular assessments of business performance on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Lead and manage a team of 4 or more, fostering their development and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding site safety, creating a welcoming and secure environment for both staff and guests, while adhering to local and regional regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with all key Support Office functions to enhance brand performance and provide operational support.
  • Focus on assembling and guiding a team that effectively drives sales and fosters both staff and guest loyalty.
  • Guide the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and systems aimed at improving business operations, service quality, retention, and overall guest experience.
  • Oversee comprehensive wage management and control.
  • Uphold brand standards and reinforce company values among team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all necessary permits and regulations.
  • Lead local marketing initiatives and outbound sales strategies.
  • Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership while knowing when to escalate issues.
  • Maintain precision, organization, and attention to detail.
