HR Business Partner

At Analogic Corporation, we are seeking a dynamic and energetic HR Business Partner to join our growing HR team. As an HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in providing proactive partnership and support to our Power & Motion leaders and employees, aligning with our organizational mission and strategy to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with Power & Motion business leaders to provide strategic support in talent management, employee relations, succession planning, talent development, performance management, and organizational development.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure successful hiring and onboarding of talent, focusing on exempt professional and management level roles, and educate managers on effective and compliant recruitment and interviewing practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Business Unit employees, effectively managing day-to-day employee relations and addressing questions and needs that arise.
- Champion and support organizational change management initiatives, aligning with our organizational mission, strategy, culture, and values.
- Develop and implement talent strategies to foster diversity, inclusion, and engagement.
- Lead and facilitate company-wide programs and initiatives, such as Organizational Development, Total Rewards, Performance Management, Recognition, Talent Development, Talent Review, and Succession Planning.
- Participate in team and organizational projects and manage additional duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 8+ years of HR experience as a Generalist, HRBP, or similar role, preferably with a focus on effective business partnering and strong generalist knowledge in key areas, including employee relations, performance management, talent management, org development/design, and compensation practices.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with multi-state experience a strong plus.
- Experience supporting a $200M+ Business Unit function highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
