Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop relationships with existing clients, research new business opportunities, and supervise a small team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills
- Research new business opportunities through market analysis and lead generation
- Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support as needed
- Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes
- Report daily field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve sales goals
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships
- Sales or customer service experience
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Desire to be active in the community
- Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
- Must have a clean background and own transportation
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
