Compensation:
$40,000 - $60,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering outstanding service to our clients
  • Engaging with clients regarding loan conditions and updates through phone or video communication
  • Understanding investor guidelines, lending policies, and the documentation requirements of Madison Mortgage Services
  • Utilizing analytical skills to provide effective underwriting alternatives
  • Enhancing computer proficiency, including internet navigation
  • Managing multiple tasks while fostering client relationships
