Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Lions Capital Mortgage, Inc. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for originating new residential mortgage clients, developing and cultivating a strong business network of referrals, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate new residential mortgage clients through proactive solicitation and referrals
  • Develop and maintain a strong business network of referrals to drive new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and email correspondence
  • Analyze borrower financial and credit data to determine creditworthiness and financial security in repayment efforts
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of mortgage processes, procedures, rules, regulations, and compliance
  • Stay up-to-date on local developments and trends within the real estate and mortgage industries
  • Meet with clients in person to sell mortgage loan products and provide advice on financial products
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of LCM's products and services to provide clients with the best possible solutions

Requirements:

  • Active NMLS License with at least 2+ years of Self-Gen mortgage origination experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with mortgage processes, procedures, rules, regulations, and compliance
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills to include a working knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to comprehend and analyze financial information
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present complex financial information
