Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Servicing Specialist to join our team at Ridgewood Photo. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all facets of mortgage servicing, including loan assignments, payoff quotes, and customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process loan assignments, payoff quotes, and customer inquiries
  • Manage the preparation and recordation of satisfied loan files
  • Oversee the preparation of daily home equity line wire transmittals
  • Perform quality control checks of post-closing documents
  • Assist with departmental ad hoc projects

Requirements:

  • College degree and at least 5 years' experience in mortgage servicing
  • Working knowledge of Fiserv DBA and Cenlar Loan Servicing applications
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic accounting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented and able to carry out tasks with all necessary details
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
